Terms of Service Sheet Randomiser

 The following terms of service govern your use of the Sheet Randomizer Google Sheets add-on (the "Add-on") provided by Picent Technologies and developer Nkugwa Mark William. By using the Add-on, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Add-on for your personal or business use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Add-on or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Add-on.

  2. Use of the Add-on You are solely responsible for your use of the Add-on and for any data, text, information, images or other materials that you upload, post or store through the Add-on. You must use the Add-on in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  3. Disclaimer of Warranties The Add-on is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, data, services, or products provided through or in connection with the Add-on and any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  4. Limitation of Liability In no event shall we be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Add-on or any information provided by the Add-on.

  5. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Uganda without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Add-on shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

  6. Changes to the Terms We may update these Terms from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to the Add-on or changes to the law. Your continued use of the Add-on after any such changes will be subject to the new Terms.
